If you are from anywhere else, you'll have to use a web proxy, go to: proxyin.nl or roxprox.com or silent-surf.com or site-unblocker.com
Type this into the URL bar:
Hit Enter and log into Stardoll. Fill in the boxes and click 'Enter competition'. When the page loads, you can leave the proxy. The paper fan should be in your suite.
